This information resonates with my own experience in 48 years living in Florida, first in Miami-Dade and then Broward. Like so many Floridians who know how much our quality of life has deteriorated, I have fled to North Florida. When we adopt Amendment 4, we may be able to breathe a sigh of relief.....I fervently hope.
